day by day, night by night
wondering in the streets
guided by the light
I follow my heart
not knowing where to go
step bye step, day by day
going around in circles
never finding my way
I look to the stars
with out a hope in the world
knowing my life is going out of control
minute by minute, hour by hour
I think about nothing and anything
I have got to gain my own power
to take control of my life
to go in the direction I need
to find my truth north
and head that way
